All code, designs, and documentation created as part of a project will be owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules and terms are defined in individual client contracts or invoices.
  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not received as agreed.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your confidential information and agree not to disclose it to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary resources and information.
  • Review and approve deliverables in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with all systems.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
  • All project materials will be delivered to the client upon receipt of final payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Algeria.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
